MetLife and New England Financial are offering a financial fellowship experience unlike any other. In this paid summer program, you will be among a group of 150 college students from across the United States. Learning from the best minds in the business, you’ll gain first-hand knowledge of a career in the financial industry. Not to mention, you’ll gain vital insight into creating a personal financial plan you can use now, after graduation and beyond.

·    Join 150 students starting on June 14, 2010
·    Earn $10 an hour to learn from financial experts in a financial services company
·    Join participating Interns from around the country for and in-residency of classroom instruction
 
In the Financial Fellowship Program, interns contribute their ideas and make an impact. So, don’t spend your summer making copies – learn more, apply your knowledge, make an impact and get compensated for it.
 
This unique three-part structure offers both academic and in-Firm learning:
·    Introduction To Financial Services In A Local Firm.
Explore firm operations, meet your personal mentor and the leadership team
 
·    Join Students From Around The Country In-residence.
Train with exceptionally successful financial services professionals in the classroom
 
·    In-Firm Experience.
Return to your Firm to apply your academic training to real-world situations with your Mentor.
Complete a case study which is the program’s Capstone Project
 
In order to apply you must be a rising senior having completed at least 90 semester hours or have graduated in 2010.
